This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their 'Personally Identifiable Information' (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in Indian privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. What personal information do I collect?

When paying or registering on my site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience.

When do I collect information?

I collect information from you when you subscribe, respond to a survey, apply for job application, fill out a form or enter information on my site.

How do I use your information?

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

  • All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on my servers.

Do I use 'cookies'?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, I use cookies to help me remember and process the items in your custom pack. They are also used to help me understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables me to provide you with improved services. I also use cookies to help me compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that I can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

If users disable cookies in their browser

If you turn cookies off, some features will be disabled. Some of the features that make your site experience more efficient and may not function properly. However, you will still be able to pay online but few features won't work.

Third-party disclosure

I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. Also I do not include or offer third-party products or services on my website.

Analytics

The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.

Facebook Analytics for Apps (Facebook, Inc.)

Facebook Analytics for Apps is an analytics service provided by Facebook, Inc. Usage Data and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. This rule spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. I do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

I collect your email address in order to:

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
  • Process payments/orders and to send information and updates pertaining to payments/orders.
  • Send you additional information related to your product and/or service

To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM, I agree to the following:

  • Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
  • Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
  • Include the physical address of my business or site headquarters.
  • Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
  • Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
  • Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

The rights of Users

Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their Personal Data has been stored and can consult me to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or for their transformation into anonymous format or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the Data Controller at the contact information set out above.

My website does not support “Do Not Track” requests. To determine whether any of the third party services it uses honor the “Do Not Track” requests, please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this privacy policy

I reserve all the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice to its Users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a User objects to any of the changes to the Policy, the User must request me to remove the Personal Data. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all Personal Data the Data Controller has about Users.
